  1. The page headers will be printed this far from the top edge of the paper.

  3. The printed text will come no closer than this many inches from the bottom edge of the paper.  Bottom continueds may be below this margin.

  5. The entire printed content of the page will be shifted this many inches to the right.

  7. This control adjusts the spacing between lines of text.  Numbers greater than 100 spread text out, so that fewer lines fit on a page.

  9. This control adjusts the size of the blank lines between elements.

  11. This control is disabled and set to 100% because the Windows Compatibility option is checked.

  13. Check this option to ensure that the script will not change page breaks when you pass it from Mac to Windows and vice versa.

  15. If you check this and click OK, then the current page layout settings will be used for new scripts.
